I think the store itself and the items they have in stock are fine, on the pricey end but fine. However, my review is more so about the owners. I see there’s a decent amount of positive comments and I’m glad those individuals had a positive experience. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same. I’ve been going to this store for the past 3 years and the way they speak or lack thereof to me a South Asian woman versus their American customers is appalling. I mean things like handing the receipt without saying anything while I’d see them greet others fine. Or how they skimp on bags by putting all the groceries in one bag, like come on. Or how I’ve waited for them to get done with a phone call to ring me up and all that to be treated like I’m invisible. It costs zero dollars to be kind, nice at least. I love being able to have access to international food but not at the cost of feeling down. I’d rather drive farther to go to a store where I feel welcomed. I don’t think I’m asking for much, a smile, a greeting, some warmth, and not skimping on the bags—all of which contribute to a positive customer experience.

Probably one the cleanest restaurants we have been too. No dust bunnies...service was friendly. Food was amazing. We shared 3 different dishes...the Masala Dosa was my favorite!...good for it you will be very full and not disappointed.

It was not a planned visit there. I drove from Alabama and got the shop, I could purchase most of my desired halal items and the stuff were so nice to us. Thank you

International Grocery & Halal Meat is a great local store with a wide selection of international products and halal meat. Everything is fresh, well organized, and easy to find. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer questions or help you choose the right products. The meat quality is excellent, and it’s clear they take cleanliness and standards seriously. It’s a convenient place for everyday shopping as well as for finding specialty items you won’t see in regular grocery stores. Fair prices, good variety, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.
